Black balotte or black marrube: used for its calming properties in case of nervous disorders, anxiety, nervousness.
Chamomile: traditionally used to stimulate appetite and support the digestive system, chamomile is also used for its positive action on the central nervous system. It plays a sedative and calming role.
Chaste tree: traditionally used to maintain hormonal balance in both females and males.
Marshmallow: very rich in mucilages, marshmallow is used for its properties on the gastric system and for its gastric dressing action
Passionflower: recognised for its tranquillizing virtues, to calm anxious states, sleep disorders, agitation, stress.
Rhodolia: a so-called adaptogenic plant, it allows the body to adapt more easily to different stressful situations. Ideal to help navigate a stressful period, rhodiole is also used to facilitate relaxation and regain calm and serenity.
Valerian: traditionally used against stress and nervousness, as well as as a light sedative, to relax and calm without altering performance.
Verbena: used for its action on the nervous system, especially anxiety. Also has an anti-inflammatory action and an action on the digestive system.
Attention, the valerianic acid contained in valerian is a positive controlled substance in competition.
